In Manage > Spot Color Library, select the spot colorant that you want to fine-tune and click Enable Patch Printing and Show Print Patch Variation.

While deciding the values of CMYK for a particular spot color, you can print variations of CMYK. If the check box for a spot color is selected, it displays variations of the selected spot color. Click Print Patch to print variations of the spot color.
