In a world where much of our software and hardware assistance and learning come from the virtual world, the SA International folks, makers of FlexiSIGN and Print, EnRoute and other software have a blog that filled with really good articles. Read their blog here: http://www.thinksai.com/blog
In fact, Mark Rugen, Director of Education with MUTOH America, is often a contributor. MUTOH includes a copy of FlexiSIGN & PRINT with most of it’s printers. This software, similar to Illustrator from Adobe, is used to design, Rip, print and cut graphics applications for numerous markets including, signs, ADA braille, vehicle graphics, wall graphics, floor graphics, banners, and much more.
Of course, you are already at a great blog here at thinkmutoh.com where we post lots of information about all kinds of subjects not limited to FlexiSIGN. You can read about anything from software design, to printer maintenance and even just Windows issues and solutions. But when you add the ThinkSai blog to your reading, you’ll get an even better supply of information on tips and trick in using FlexiSIGN.
One of the great things about blogs is that many of them afford you the option of leaving a comment or asking a questions. Most of the time, once you do so that comment alerts the author and the author will post a response. I’m not saying this is a substitute to live help, nor am I saying that blogs should be used as the main source for getting assistance, but they can be a good spot to focus on a particular subject and even get help from other readers.
Anyway, just wanted to make sure you knew about these two great blogs and use them for even more learning.
