Steps to getting the right help

MUTOH wants you to get the best help and the right answers for your shop. Since we sell our printers through a distribution channel of trained resellers, we want you to follow these steps to assure you get the help you need.

1. Contact Your Reseller

One of the reasons we use a reseller to distribute our printers is that they know your local business much, much better than we do. They are nearby in many cases and they can provide help faster than we could.

Your first step in getting help is to contact them directly. Be prepared with details of what is happening. When did it happen, how often? Did this just start? What have you done to try to solve the issue yourself?

We put the reseller tech through a rigorous training program before a reseller is allowed to sell our products. Of course, new tech can need our additional help, or if a product has just been released, they might not all be up to date as yet.

In thee rare cases, ask the reseller to contact us for further instruction.

2. Use Available Online Resources

MUTOH has a staff of experts that have put together numerous online courses and videos that are available for your use. For instance, check out our online course at http://mutoh.thinkific.com where we teach about numerous subjects and applications.

3. Contact Us by Email

https://mutoh.com/support/If all else fails you can contact us by email, but we want to stress, you should have done the above first. If you happen to speak to someone here at MUTOH don’t be surprised if they ask you if you’ve done the above and if they get your reseller tech on the line before they address your issue. We are NOT trying to put you off or be rude, we just don’t have the bandwidth to help the thousands of users in the market who own our machines. That’s why we hired resellers!
